Dr. Anne Maria Busch was interviewed by the daily newspaper “Der Standard” about her book chapter, which she wrote together with Dr. Renate Kratochvil (BI Norwegian Business School) and FH-Prof. Dr. Christina Schweiger (FHWien der WKW), on the topic “Innovations in the (public) health care system: An analysis from a strategic perspective”.

In the interview, the theoretical model of dynamic capabilities, which is anchored in the strategic management literature and used in connection with innovation activities of individual companies, was applied for the first time to the development and introduction of an innovation in the (public) health care system. Since the application of dynamic capabilities to the health care system has proven to be revealing, it would be interesting to investigate further innovation projects in this market in this way in the future. For example, qualitative and quantitative data collection from the relevant stakeholders would also provide a lot of insight.
