Leadership, operations and services in times of crisis
IBES Director FH-Prof. Dr. Markus Scholz will participate in a panel discussion on “Leadership in times of crisis” at ZP EUROPE VIRTUAL. The panel takes place in cooperation with the Global Peter Drucker Forum.
Continue everyday business as far as possible and lead it under difficult legal, temporal and emotional conditions: A challenge that was demanded of managers worldwide practically overnight. The panel is less about big concepts and principles and more about what participants were successful with and perhaps not – but also about what moves managers in these times and where they should actually go: How to deal with fears – their own and those of others? How to lead into a desirable future? What should this future look like?
