Melanie Rainer, MSc is Research Associate at the Institute for Business Ethics and Sustainable Strategy (IBES).
She obtained her trilingual Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the Free University of Bolzano and her Master’s degree in Strategic Management from the University of Innsbruck.

Research
In her Master’s Thesis she focused on Corporate Entrepreneurship, Gender Studies and Family Businesses. She is further interested in Business Ethics, Change Management and Collective Action.
Project collaboration
Melanie Rainer is particularly involved in the Josef Ressel Center for Collective Action and Responsible Partnerships (JR Center CARe), as well as the Institute for Business Ethics and Sustainable Strategy.
Further occupations
She gathered experience within the areas of Communication and Project Management in different companies. Further, she worked as a student assistent at the University of Bolzano, at language and tutoring facilities and an Institute for data and market analysis.
